Project area in Amstel III/Bullewijk, a office district in the south-east of Amsterdam, opposite of the AMC hospital. Inspired by the small scale dyke-typologies scattered over Amsterdam, the project is changing the rigid grid with a permeable routing with smaller scale buildings and functions to create a more pleasant and socially controlled neighborhood instead of a cold and dark office district.
